2048 Decks

Drag the board and every tile shifts exactly one cell, never sliding all the way to the wall. That single rule changes everything. Two matching numbers only combine when the tile ahead of them has no room left to move, so a merge never happens by accident. You have to line it up, leave a gap, and time the push. Every merge is a decision you made, not a gift from the game.

Nothing here is left to chance. Tiles are drawn from a written deck you can track and count, and the next three are already visible on screen. That means you can see a dead end forming two moves before it arrives. You can plan around a bad draw instead of blaming luck. The deck is a known quantity, and so is your future.

NAJOX sits at the center of this design, where the deck and the board meet. Four decks change how you think. One is plain numbers, pure and clean. Another brings stones that sit in place and block movement until you crack them open. A third adds a wild tile that accepts any value you need. The last one grows the board itself, expanding as your biggest tile climbs higher. Each deck rewrites the rules just enough to make you relearn the rhythm.

The board never rushes you. It waits for your hand, your read of the deck, and your sense of when to push and when to hold. You lose because you misjudged the order, not because the game cheated. You win because you saw the sequence before it landed. That is the whole game, and it is enough.
